- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★An all around good place to go, both places. On our visit to Sherbrooke we first stumbled on the Siboire Depot. There we had two nice cappuccinos and a little snack of Poutine followed by their IPA. We only had their IPA but if the other beers are like this one you are in for a good time.
